March
I’ve been in Copenhagen for 2 years now. How fast time sometimes flies.
Tumblr has also fallen off my radar a little bit. Twitter however…

Danish Girls Are The Most Masculine In The World →
This gave me a laugh. Granted, the author seems to be a douche from skimming over the rest of his site and the other things he’s written. And perhaps “masculine” is the wrong word to describe Danish women in the direct sense. But I can see what he’s talking about, lol.

Pissed
My bus pass fell out of my hand at some point today as I was getting off a bus. I tried to retrace my steps from the bus stop to the store until where I realized it wasn’t in my hand anymore, but couldn’t find it. That’s like 400 kroners out the window right there. Fuck.

But I inadvertently scored my first goal as I took a wild shot at the net and it bounced off someone and...

You Are Not Your Fucking Khakis
In North American culture, you tend to be your job. You learn later in life not to identify so much with work, or any one specific thing rather. Because when you lose it, you end up losing yourself.
I had a conversation with a Danish woman over the weekend who is a surgeon in training. She worked in London for a year and didn’t like it. Too many hours, high expectations to go above and...

Networking
I’ve never really done it before.
I contacted an animator through LinkedIn that worked at my old studio but I don’t recall ever meeting. He works in Europe now as well. He responded to me within minutes. My heart jumped. It’s like as though my crush has sent me an e-mail! I stutter, I try to respond promptly too, get in my questions. I hit send. Then I notice I asked what...
